Today I met with Dr. Maria Ilar-Revilla and Dr. Irene Ohbe-Arakaki. They are the medical directors for Reneux Med & Day Spa. Reneux provides health & wellness services. Besides massages, facials, and general spa/salon services, they also use medical-grade technology to help men & women look and feel younger.
If you are getting married, spa services in general can help you to feel more relaxed as you get closer to the wedding day. SARAH, a bride whose wedding I did in September last year, had a “spa date” with her girlfriends two days before the wedding. This helped her to “de-stress”, to feel more relaxed as she got closer to the wedding day, and to enjoy her wedding day much more. It’s something I always recommend to my brides–the time you invest will be absolutely worth it!
