{"id":1354,"date":"2019-03-26T02:27:44","date_gmt":"2019-03-26T12:27:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ninjaentertainment.com\/blog\/?page_id=1354"},"modified":"2019-03-26T03:15:03","modified_gmt":"2019-03-26T13:15:03","slug":"get-up-and-dance","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ninjaentertainment.com\/blog\/get-up-and-dance\/","title":{"rendered":"Get Up and DANCE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Have you ever been to someone else\u2019s wedding, and once the lights go down and  dancing starts, no one dances?\u00a0 Or worse, people start going home?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a common thing that happens at Hawaii weddings\u2026But it doesn\u2019t mean that it will happen at yours!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE TWO SECRETS TO HAVING A BUSY DANCEFLOOR<br>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Get your audience involved from the very beginning.\u00a0<\/strong>  Not just during dancing, but engage them from the moment they arrive until the last dance of the night.\u00a0 The fun should start from the moment  your guests enter your ballroom or reception space, and it should  remain fun all the way through cocktail hour, the meal, and into the  presentation.\u00a0 As your <em>Certified Professional Master of Ceremonies,<\/em>  it is my job to connect with your audience and make sure that they are  having fun from the very beginning\u2026so when we get into dancing, the  energy that starts at their table is easily transferred to the  dancefloor.<\/li><li><strong>Play a great mix of music.<\/strong>  Some DJs specialise only in hip-hop.\u00a0 Others just play house\/EDM\/nightclub music.\u00a0 There is nothing wrong with it\u2026But keep in mind that your wedding will have a good mix of people of all ages and musical tastes.\u00a0 Grandma may not love Drake\u2026but she loves Elvis, the Beatles, and the Supremes.\u00a0 Your younger guests may not have heard of Earth Wind &amp; Fire\u2026but they love to dance to Ariana Grande<em>.<\/em>  Of course, everyone loves Bruno Mars!
