Behind the Scenes: Setting Up

At your Hawaii wedding, your guests will be treated to a professionally dressed emcee (me!) and a sound system that looks very polished and not messy.

But in order to get there, things have to get messy first!

Here’s a pic of me and my team setting up before Walter and Andrea’s wedding at the Hale Koa, before the doors open and guests arrive.  Cases are open and strewn about, cables are still out and everywhere.

Eventually, everything will be tidied up, so by the time your guests arrive for cocktail hour, the space looks very neat!
